~ Tulipa ~ One Word Photo Challenge – Bulb ~

The online dictionary I use defines bulb as “a rounded underground storage organ present in some plants…a plant grown from a bulb.”

I just removed these tulips from a planter, and will provide soil, water and light to the bulbs (Tulipa plants) so they can die back naturally, thereby directing more energy into the bulbs (underground storage units).
